---Yes, our exsiting samples are free, delivery cost will be paid by your side. If you need customized sample, sample proof cost will be charged accordingly.

2.How can we get a quotation?
---Pls offer provide us the gram of paper , shape ,size,color,surface finishing ,quantity. If you are not sure the material ,pls also provide the sample.

4.What format design file do you need to print ?

---AI,PDF,CDR,PSD,EPS.

5.Can you help with the design?
---Our professional designers design for you beae on your idea and your Logo.

6.May i have a sample before mass production ?
---Yes ,we can do a new sample as your requirement for confirmation before mass production.

7. What's your packaging?
---We use standard export paper carton boxes. Shipping mark will be printed or sticked on the outside of box.

8. Could you arrange shipping for us?
---Yes. Just tell us your nearest sea port. If you need all-in cost, please provide detailed delivery address.

9. What's the payment term?
--- 30% of the total value to be paid before production,70% balance before shipping.

10.What is the lead time ?
---It depends on the order quantity .Stock goods - only 3days. Customized Order --- 15-30days ,it need to see your quantity.

11.How can i know if my goods have been shipped ?
---We will send you detailed photos of during the production and loading. After loading ,we will supply the BL No. Once shipped.

12.What shipping method ? How long the shipping time ?
---By sea, about 30days . DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX etc express company ,3-5days.

13.What is your MOQ ?
---paper bags : 1000pcs each pattern each size, gift boxes :600 sets. if you order our stock goods , moq is 2cartons. More quantity ,better prices.
